Mahesha is the center’s manager and yoga teacher. He teaches yoga for both locals and foreigners. He would be happy to give individual tuition (especially in Hatha Yoga) to resident mediators, if that should be wished.
The central aim of the Lewella Meditation Centre is to offer support and facilities for mediators who have already some experience with meditation and who wish to work in a self-reliant way. Residents are welcome to develop their own individual schedule, combining meditation, study and exercises according to personal inclinations and needs.
